Hi, I’m fiona

I’m a Women’s Health Coach based in the South West of England, in the beautiful county of Cornwall, supporting women around the world.

I’m here for busy women who are wanting to become more aware of their hormonal health in order to improve difficult symptoms, so that they have energy for what matters most. My approach is kind, realistic and rooted in listening because your life, your challenges and your aspirations are unique.

My background is in teaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and working in hospital settings. These experiences have shaped how I work today: with empathy, curiosity and a deep respect for the whole person not just their symptoms.

So, why do I do what I do?

Because I want to help break generational attitudes around women putting themselves last. Because I don’t want the addictive patterns to filter through to my daughter and so on. Because I want to be as healthy as I can be for my family. And because I truly believe that through supportive lifestyle changes, women can reduce their risk of non-communicable diseases and build the energy, strength and confidence they need to go after what matters most to them in life.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or all or nothing thinking. I believe in small, meaningful steps, compassion over criticism and finding what works for you.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my fur babies (two cats and a rabbit), walking the coastal path with my family, coffee on the beach with friends, sea swimming, strength training or cooking and enjoying really good food.

If you’re looking for a coach who will meet you where you are, listen without judgement and walk alongside you as you build a healthier, happier future, I’d love to support you.
