Hope that things might change. Pressure to pick the right goals and finally stick to them.

Before you think about your goals this year, I’d love you to pause and ask 

How do I want to feel in 2026?

E.g. more calm? More energised? Healthier?

Because when your goals come from how you want to feel, not from what you think you should be doing they become yours and you’re in a good starting position.

This January, I’ve created a 4 week workshop info below for busy women who have a goal that they really want to stick to:

Sustain: January 2026

Sundays on Zoom: 11th, 18th, 25th Jan & 1st Feb-Weekly live workshops (with replays)

-Research-based, realistic habit support

-Accountability & live Q&A-Help with obstacles like time, energy, motivation

-A community feel so you’re not doing this alone

You can also join Sustain + 1:1 if you’d love deeper support, including a 90-minute private session with me to untangle your goals and create a direction that feels aligned and doable.

We start on 11th January (after the Christmas chaos, once the kids have gone back to school and you’ve settled back into your routine.
