A supportive space to explore what’s next, with accountability and kind guidance as you move into a new phase. Individualised sessions to make sense of where you are now, what feels out of alignment and what your body and life need in this next phase.
Sessions include reflective coaching with practical lifestyle and wellbeing support, helping you feel clearer, more confident and more resourced through change.

Online workshops
Focused online workshops supporting different areas of womanhood, including hormonal transitions and navigating change.
These online sessions consist of reflective questions that you can answer privately in your own home (snuggled up on the sofa) or share with like-minded women. You’ll also have opportunities to ask questions, if you wish to do so.
Through evidence- based research you’ll be able to walk away with practical tools, insight and reassurance during times when life feels unsettled or if you’re preparing for a new chapter.
When you sign up, you’ll get the links sent via email and we will be using Zoom as the session platform.
women’s wellness circles
These circles are small, supportive groups of women navigating similar life transitions or who have been through a similar chapter.
They offer space for connection, reflection and shared learning. Giving you a chance to pause, feel less alone and gently explore what this season of life is asking of you. You are welcome to sit back and reflect quietly, or to share with others, but there is absolutely no pressure to speak.
Clear boundaries are in place to ensure the space feels safe, respectful and supportive for everyone.

Simple nourishment for times of change because when you’re navigating life shifts, you need to free up some brain space to avoid decision fatigue (what’s for tea?) and also to feel good in your body and mind to feel confident as you step into a new identity.
hormones & life transitions
Hormonal health can affect far more than our initial physical symptoms. Ongoing issues such as low energy, brain fog, disrupted sleep or mood changes can quietly impact confidence, focus and capacity and in turn influence decisions around work, career progression and life transitions.
This might show up as hesitating to apply for a new role, struggling to prepare for interviews, or finding the return to work after a career break more overwhelming than expected.
I support women to become more in tune with what their bodies need at different stages of womanhood, using gentle, practical nutrition and lifestyle approaches to ease uncomfortable symptoms. Therefore, helping you feel more resourced, confident and able to thrive through periods of change.
